The Sorority’s official Graduate Membership Intake Process is by invitation only through one of our local graduate chapters and may not be solicited. For more information on membership, please visit the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, website.
Transfers/Reactivations
We truly appreciate your interest in transferring to or reactivating with Chi Phi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®. For more information on the transfer or reactivation process, and to download the appropriate submission forms (Transfer Verification Form, Graduate Chapter Reactivation Form), visit the international website’s member's page.

Graduate Chapter Reactivation Form – complete and submit to the chapter with which you wish to affiliate plus money order/certified check for reactivation/reinstatement fees, chapter dues, fees and assessments, as applicable.

The Transfer Verification Form is an official Sorority form which documents that an inactive member has met all financial obligations to her former chapter and the Boule. If you are currently active with a chapter or were last year, you need to request a signed Transfer Verification Form from your chapter. Download a Transfer Verification Form by clicking here.

Meeting Information
Chi Phi Omega meets on the third Sunday of each month (excluding July and August). All members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, are welcome to attend. Business attire is required for chapter meetings. In accordance with National Standard Operating Guidelines and/or Chapter Protocol, visiting members are asked to provide two forms of identification (one primary and one secondary) for meeting entry. Primary identifications may include any government issued ID. Secondary identifications may include, but are not limited to:

A current or past financial card (in most cases, the name listed should match the primary ID; exceptions: maiden name, married name)

A copy of your original membership certificate signed by our Corporate Office

A receipt from a Cluster, Regional Conference or Boule that contains your name

An invitation from an attending chapter member that can validate your sorority membership
